The contracts agreed with us are subject to Swiss law. Regulations that deviate from these conditions and agreements reached orally or by telephone apply only if they have been explicitly accepted by us in writing. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is 8001 Zurich. Furthermore:
Missed appointments shall be charged 45 Fr. (CHF).
Half of the cost is required in payment when the order is placed, the final sum is due on the day of collection.
We do not have a range to choose from, since in our experience it only makes you and your surroundings more uncertain. If you are still undecided, you are welcome to visit us together with anyone you wish to bring along and we will be happy to help you with our large selection. We are also able to offer you an appointment outside of our opening hours.
With our “Lens & Life Carefree Subscription” programme, after a trial period of two months, payments are due monthly or can be paid in advance for 6 months. The subscription is can be terminated after half a year in any case.
With the “Contact Lenses - Adjustment at Cost” programme, a payment is due once the first meeting has ended. After that you will receive a cost overview every month, with the pending amount due at the same time. Both parties can request that the programme be cancelled at any time. The cost in terms of time up to that point and the original cost of the materials shall be charged to the customer up to this date.

For each order, we charge you a share of the shipping costs of CHF 5.00 or 10.00, depending on the sum. If we dispatch your order in multiple parts, we will only charge the shipping costs once.
The product remains the property of Scheerer Optik until payment is complete.
Generally a fee of CHF 50.00 charged for the 2nd warning in case of late payment. After two warnings have been issued to no effect, legal proceedings are initiated or the case is forwarded to a debt collection agency, in which case an additional fee of CHF 200.00 is charged and the case is reported to a credit reference agency.
In Switzerland, there is no legal entitlement to exchange goods. The purchase decision is based on your own will and responsibility.
It is important to us that you fully enjoy the glasses we prescribe. Therefore, you will receive new lenses or another type of lenses free of charge if the initial lenses do not fit your desire. You can make use of this service once. However, there will be no cash refund or credit.
Claims for damages for whatever legal reason (claims due to fault in contract negotiations, breach of secondary obligations, unlawful act and other legal claims) are excluded. We are not liable for damages that are not effected to the subject of the delivery itself, especially not for indirect damage, for lost profits or other financial losses of the Purchaser. Furthermore any compensation for late deliveries is excluded. The disclaimer does not apply if the damage has been sustained due to gross negligence or wilful mistreatment on our part.
